    love love LOVE these guys!! fairly new to owning a website and webhostinghub has really made things easy. the only thing i seem to be having an issue with is their site builder, i feel like they could have made it a little more user friendly. that aside they are really an all around 5 star company. i really have to emphasize on the customer service aspect, robert you ROCK!

    I must say, I am very impressed with Web Hosting Hub. I spent a lot of time doing my research before I finally decided on a hosting provider. Web Hosting Hub has been very reliable, the 24/7 support is fact real (yes there were times at 3am I needed their help), and the set up was extremely simple.     web hosting hub is awesome. i’ve bounced around from bad experience 2 bad experience with different hosting companies. now that i have switched 2 web hosting hub, i have not had anything 2 complain about yet. i’ve had no issues with the server, awesome price, its easy 2 use and loaded with any feature i could possibly need 2 use. really a great hosting service. i recommend it 2 anyone and everyone!

    Price is good and like the C-panel to get to services. Initially went with this company for the ability to download WordPress onto the site. After using the company for over 12 months, I am beginning to have my doubts. I’m supposed to get my log on details sent to me for each website I have. But was only ever given this for my first website, all subsequent websites they’ve hosted, I have had to submit a ticket to get it sorted. Getting majorly frustrated with it. I also find the web hosting login screens and finding how to get help confusing and not very intuitive to use

    I have had my two websites hosted by Web Hosting Hub for almost a year now. Prior to that I was with another host for 8 years before their customer service and tech support became so bad that I had to move. I have to say the customer service and tech support with Web Hosting Hub has been outstanding. The tech support folks have been extremely helpful and understanding whenever I have had a problem, so refreshing!
    Recently the server that hosted my websites had a major hardware issue. All of the websites on the server were transferred to a back up server with a minimum of down time. I was getting ready to update one of my blogs when the crash occurred. I called tech support and they were up to speed on the issue, and explained what had occurred and what was being done to get service restored. The tech stayed on the line with me until he could confirm that the backup system was coming on line. Hardware problems can happen, the test of a good host is how fast the recovery is and if you have any loss of data. Recovery was very fast and I had no loss of data. I have recommended Web Hosting Hub to several of my friends, mainly because of their excellent support +10

    I have been with Web Hosting Hub for a little over a year. The first year was great, then they started telling me that I am using too much file space, I have an unlimited account. They also started going though my files and complaining. They keep saying that If I don’t do what they want they will cancel my account with out a refund. I don’t know if I got the one tech who is an asshole working on my account or if they offer unlimited space but don’t really mean it. I use the web site to share my pictures and to experiment with web site development. If I had not paid for three years, I would have changed hosts today. They also seem to go out of their way to send old emails to me trying to prove that I am wrong.

    I do not recommend coming within 500 Internet yards of this provider. I inquired with them as to whether they could handle my community site using phpFox and hosting maybe 100 users tops. I was told that their 3.95 plan wouldn’t have sufficient memory for that, but he’d LOVE to tell me about their dedicated servers through InMotion hosting, their sister company! How much are those? Oh, y’know, $120 a month.

    The best part of this is that he keeps emailing me a form letter once a week. I’ve responded several times asking that he stop, but it just keeps up. I don’t like spam. And that is why I recommend to everyone: use any other provider*. Thanks for your salesmanship, Errol J! You’re a winner!

    I didn’t understand one word the tech said. I am not a computer person and he talked WAY TOO FAST, He continued to ask me questions I could not answer… eg; who is your web host? WTF, say it in ENGLISH, I have no idea, once again, techies think we all know their language, acronyms, etc. guess what… WE DON’T. Useless

    I had a hoorible time getting logged in to web support to submit a ticket, so I gave up and called the support number. The phone support was excellent, and answered all my questions and more. I actually enjoy talking with those people. Maybe I’ll call them back just to chat.

    Always receive the best customer service from this company. I don’t want to make it sound like I always contact them but the couple times I have for my website as well as my husbands they are knowledgeable and prompt! Really grateful for them!!!!

    Well , today is my 6th day of using this company webhostinghub .

    GTM +8 ,4pm 3 NOV 2012 —> Website down out of sudden
    GTM +8 ,5PM 3 NOV 2012 —> It was estore back to normal

    shockingly for such a surprising down time just only a few days after i sign up .

    1 ) customer support not so bad
    2 ) But reason given by was quite terrible
    3) Kinda make me worried

    WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
    I purchased one year web hosting online. I did not receive ANY confirmation, nor receipt, nor login into — NOTHING from them.

    ALSO – after you submit payment online, it then says they will PHONE YOU to confirm this purchase!!! WTF???
    Well, they never did phone me, so my purchase was never confirmed.

    As of 2 days later, still nothing from them. (though my bank processed the purchase).
    So I had to use online chat to try to resolve — I was bounced to 3 different people, could not get what I needed.
    So Then I had to PHONE them. — wasted another HOUR on the phone, was promised they would email receipt etc. to me. Still have not received anything.

    ALSO *** they run a BAIT & SWITCH scam
    Website says regular price is $6.95/month.
    but I discovered only after calling them. they are going to charge me $8.95/month, at renewal, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

    I will dispute the charge on my card and get a refund
    don’t want to waste any more time trying to get from them what should have been automatic & routine.

    I expect that trying to contact them to get a refund would be another total waste of LOTS of time and never get what I ask for.

    I needed my primary domain changed and asked if I could get a refund for the unneeded initial primary domain just days after starting my hosting service. Both were taken care of quickly. It was great seeing the quick email turnaround on all my exchanges with support. They were typically in an hour, not 12-24 hours later like another hosting provider I’ve used.

    I called the help line with trouble accessing the cpanel for my site. In about 30 seconds it was discovered that my issue was more than a browser issue. I wasn’t able to stay on the line to find out the source of the problem but asked that an email be sent to me. When I got back from the meeting an answer email was waiting. Nice!

    Site was down and used “chat” service. Don’t know how long site was off line and rep I chatted with could not email me. He did direct me to the “status” page. Hopefully this doesn’t occur on a regular basis.
